Expertly hand-crafted in our workshop based in the South Downs National Park (powered by 100% renewable energy) using ethically and sustainably sourced Scottish Elm.
 
This board is made using a burr (also known as a burl), caused by rounded growth of the trunk or branch - often seen as large extraneous growths on the outside of the tree - this atypical growth creates extremely rare grain patterns and beautiful clusters of knots.
